I now offer you the possibility to come to my paradise in Sierra de Gata, Spain, for a month-long, personalized, 1-on-1 retreat to regenerate yourself from soil to soul.

During the first week, I guide you through my program “What are my symptoms trying to tell me” and you receive your full Astro-Metabolic Profile.

Week 2-4 we work together for 2 hours a day, from Monday to Friday (free on weekends). I design the sessions according to your needs, but they typically combine nutrition education, cooking classes, meditation and active meditation, embodiment practices, conscious touch, tantra… all of that in a privileged natural setting, far away from city noise and pollution, surrounded by the elements, plants and animals that will be your greatest teachers in between the sessions. Many of the sessions will take place in an exceptionally sacred, private temple space.

You stay in your own private space with bathroom and kitchen area.

Investment:

6.666 Euro all-in (1 month accommodation, food, internet, 20x 2 hour private sessions, transport from and to the airport, taxes). If you are two persons, sharing the same space and many of the sessions, the price is 9.999 for both of you. Flights not included.
